Okay, I admit that I use to dread the idea of counting calories. It seemed like it would take too much time, and that it would take too much effort. But, there comes a point when you can't just ignore the amount of calories you're taking in. And it would normally be a lot more effort than I would want to put in, but my aunt DeeAnn showed me an app (also a website) called My Fitness Pal. I've just started using it, but it is so easy! You just search the food you ate/are going to eat, and it tells you the calories and keeps track of them for you. It also tells you how many calories you are allowed each day if you want to lose a certain amount of weight. I would highly recommend it. And remember, work hard to push past your limits and keep hydrated! Best of luck!
